Beautiful peaceful campsite. Drop loos. Great fireplaces and wood supplied. The walks come in a good variety of lengths through gorgeous bushland with few invasive weeds. They are a joy. Amazing views! Make sure you are aware of your directions before heading off on the Border Walk hike. It is not well sign posted - in contrast with other trails. Low Telstra signal in the camp but disappears on walks. No Optus at all. Expensive compared to the Queensland side of the National Park, but worth it I reckon. Lot less people too. All in all a fantastic bush camp.

A must do if in the area and the weather is good. The easier route up is the most interesting as winds through fantastic granite boulder fields.

I made the mistake of confusing this camp ground with the Bald Rock Creek Camp Ground on the western side of the national park, and spent a night in the wrong place wondering where all my friends were.
